My mother was notified in March of 2008 that this company had been sold and told she would be contacted within weeks. After months of no follow-up and many unanswered voice messages left to the listed number, I was finally able to contact the person who is to be taking on the contracts. After 40+ years of coverage, the records kept for my mother are incomplete and not up to date, according to the new service provider, Best Exterminating. This obviously concerns me. I am also not sure about the potential future coverage by Best. This transition process has been very poorly handled.

There have never been any problems and we are always pleased with the service. Whenever we call them with a problem, they make sure to come right out. They are dependable, honest, they answer all of our questions. They do a good job.
