T & L TREE SVC

Description of Work: I was referred to Mr. Lowery through a mutual person. He came to my home because I wanted a few limbs removed from a couple of trees. I showed him the 2 trees that I wanted, which one was on the side of my home and the other was in the back yard. Mr. Lowery was suppose to arrive at 1:30pm but, didnt arrive til 2:30pm. I was not home at the time because I had to leave for work . My husband got home they were still there at 4:00pm.I called him and asked how did the trees look. He said good, that they trimmed the one beside the house and the one in front of the house...I was a lil dismayed because we had'nt discussed the tree in front of the house , I did mention to him that on another day I would like it if he could cut that tree down eventually, because the grass wont grow in my front yard due to the tree. He didnt trim the tree in the back yard that we had discussed . So when my husband had told me that I told him that I would call Mr. Lowery and find out why... so I called him and spoke very calm mannered and asked him why he didnt trim the tree in the back yard. He snapped at me saying that we never discussed it, which was not true, we walked to the back yard and I specifally remember telling him . He say I didnt. I told him that we had agreed on the tree beside the house and the tree in the back yard. He continued to argue the fact that it was'nt mentioned and that we were just in disagreement, then he preceded to speak to me as if he was doing me a favor by even coming to trim my trees , like he was'nt getting paid for the job he was doing. I had canceled the week before due to a family emergency, and he threw that up in my face saying he was comtiplating doing my trees anyway, because I interrupted his schedule!... How does he have a Business ,and What makes him think he can talk/treat people the way he did me???...I was just as calm and patient with this man as I could possilbly be, but he was soooo disrespectful to me...and my husband had already give him 450.00 for the job he did. I reminded him of our conversation about the tree in the front yard, cutting it down eventually because my grass won't grow, due to lack of sun. He remembered the conversation, so I asked him why would I want you to trim limbs on a tree that you're gonna cut down anyway? yea he saw it then I guess..so I asked him if he could return to my house and look at the tree in the back yard., he reluctantly said he just got home ,but would ride back out to my house.I said Thank You. When he got to my house he called me speaking very rudely and said he would have to come out on another day to trim that tree, he asked if I was sure it was the right one..I have only ONE tree in the back yard!. I said Yes I am Sure becasue there is only 1 in the backyard....so we will see if he will return to trim it? He said so I did a tree for u for free..(sarcastically). Its like he got mad at me, beacuse he messed up! Seriously... he should've wrote it down, because I remembered the conversation!
