We have a yearly contract with them for twice a year maintenance. They are consistent in their good quality work. All the previous questions are answered with an “A” rating, that is why I rated them an “A” overall. Cleaned up very well. The workers were pleasant and professional.

Fine. Technician arrived promptly. Scheduler worked efficiently to find a date in the near future that worked with my schedule. Cleaned filter and verified system was working properly before leaving.

The service went very well and we were happy with the work. We also signed up for yearly maintenance contracts for both our rental property and our residence.

No plumbing required, just hooking up 2 hoses and setting the controls on the heater. Since he had never installed a circulator before it took him longer than it would have if he had been experienced in that area. He had to take time to read the instructions and to go after hoses that he did not have with him. That made the time that I was charged for greater than it should have been. He was very nice and professional but charged too much.
