Shawn is extremely professional and i definitely trust him with the electrical in my house! Shawn had the pleasure of helping me, a first time home buyer, in a hurricane less than 30 days after I bought my house. Upon hurricane Florence's arrival my neighbors tree fell on my power line ripping the power box off my house on a Friday at 5pm. Shawn agreed to come help without any hesitation right as the hurricane was about to hit (not to mention a Friday around 5-6pm) to get the box put back on my house so when Duke power came to fix the line, my house would be all set. Additionally, when I reached back out a month or so later regarding neutral phasing, he advised there was no problem with my house and to reach out to Duke prior to him coming out to ensure the problem was coming from their line as he would have to charge me. Duke power came and fixed the additional issue per Shawn's advice saving me an additional expense. He's very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I plan on reaching out to Shawn after the new year to do additional electrical repairs and additions and will recommend him if ever asked about an electrician.
