Thorough inspection and maintenace at an extemely reasonable price.

All Seasons installed a heating and airconditioning unit in my house August, 2019. The contract provided 2 inspections a year for 2 years. They never called me to make a service inspection to fulfill their contract. They later admitted they have my cell phone number in their records but they have my email entered incorrectly. August 2020 the air conditioner condenser pan overflowed and flooded the floor of my entire house. The restoration company, Restoration Experts, and another HVAC company, Service Experts found that All Seasons did not install the air conditioner properly. The drain and the SS2 were not done properly and caused water to damage the floor. Service Experts had to redo the drain, install a new j-trap vent and clean out and properly glue the pipe. I had to pay out of pocket for Service Experts to correct All Seasons faulty installation. I am now paying for twice a year service inspection by Service Experts. Before contracting with Service Experts I spoke with All Seasons to explain their negligence. All Seasons never offered to fix it. Will Smith only offered to give me some kind of mold pad, and later when I asked him about it he said they did not have it. All Seasons faulty HVAC installation, mostly neglect to properly glue pipes together, and lack of response to my inquiries, caused me to incur repair and servicing expenses, plumbers cost of searching for the leak that flooded my floors, and major anxiety during this pandemic.

Extremely disappointed all around with this company. My husband and I used all seasons for a brand new AC unit install which was performed mid-2019. We were promised a rebate of $500 upon the purchase and install of the unit. After installation, we never received the rebate. Then, the Unit completely malfunctioned this past weekend (October 2020) on a Saturday and we have been trying to get in touch with the company for over 2 hours without any contact. They advertise a 24/7 emergency repair service yet we called our technician, we called the office, we called the emergency call, we called the other location and all lines are dead, we also sent multiple e-mails and text message and still nothing. The repair willow cost $1000 with another company and the unit itself already costs over $7000. I cannot believe these guys are not answering right now. Better to go with a company that will answer your calls in case of an emergency otherwise you will suffer.

While you get a warranty with the service, and quality of the work was excellent, their price was $200-$300 more than the average cost of work for my AC repair. Definitely call to get a second quote from another company before accepting their price.

Excellent company to do business with. My condenser broke on a very hot and humid day. The technician came down to the house and installed a new one, allowing me to have air conditioning that very day. He also checked to see if everything was running well before he left. Extremely nice, professional and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

Will Smith and his crew were efficient and hard working. Will went above and beyond by driving to Greensboro to pick up the parts needed for my job the next day. The repairs had to be done by a certain day and he made sure that happened. They spent most of the day working on the evaporator, cleaned up the condenser and then tested the system thoroughly to be sure it was working properly. Though a little expensive, I thought the job they did was well worth it. I will definitely call All Seasons for upkeep of my HVAC system.

I hired them to service 3 AC systems. They serviced one. Recommended replacement for the other two.

I had emergency for my HVAC on Sunday morning. The HVAC exterior compressor did not turn on. I called the firm, it sent Technican Kevin Miller on Sunday afternoon for free checkout, then repaired my unit in very fair price. Very prompt response, very good quality service. Highly recommended!!

Work was done on a timely basis. Out with the old and in with the new. Hopefully good now for a long time. Just had the final inspection done and all is well.
