I have used the group before. You have to be quick on the phone when you call. The call is initially answered by machine and asks if you want to talk to somebody (duh). Then you need to press a button quickly or the machine thanks you and hangs-up. Upon redialing and being on your toes, you will get through and everything is smooth. Maybe it is the economy, but the two showed up very quickly and were professional. After doing the two repairs, they also tested to see if I was overloading the circuit (nice preventative touch).
