We had several windows replaced and the windows for the most part were done correctly. I had glaze missing and asked if that was not part of the installation and got no answers back. After three attempts I gave up and post the average review. I would recommend you use a credit card, so you have dispute rights. Not answering a simple question because you got paid is uncomforting to see the least.

Windows were installed professionally and effeciently with care taken for floors due to the need for scaffolding for a large, high window. The quote process is quick, the custom order process takes a little longer due to the virus affecting manufacturing, but the install was prompt when the materials were received.

Excellent experience! James Truelove was very responsive and detailed. It took 3 weeks to get all the different windows made, some had spacers, others were clear. When they arrived, he called and installed them the next day. His install technician Chris did a great job, and I was pleased with their work. I would definitely hire them again.

It went very well. James came out to our house and gave us a quote. He was very professional and courteous. Chris installed the sashes. He was on time, FAST and clean. Thank you to the Window Wise team.

Patrick worked on our windows with great care and much experience. I watched him work on one of our casement windows on the table he set up and it was like watching a surgeon. He is indeed a glass surgeon.

Punctual and professional, Window Wise did a fabulous job replacing a window pane that had cracked.

Mr. Truelove was prompt for the first appointment to measure the window, and prompt for the second appointment to repair the window. He was thoroughly professional and polite, and did a wonderful job on our window. It looks great! We will definitely use him again when needed, and have highly recommended him to our neighbors and friends.

I had actually used Window Wise several years ago (before Angie's List) to repair/replace some old, cloudy double pane glass windows in our sun room -- and was very happy with results. So, when one of the panes on a sliding glass door shattered, I called Window Wise. Even though James was on out of town on vacation, he returned my call and set an appointment for the next week (I was happy with timing -- it was not an emergency). On time, James looked at the project and provided a written quote. We checked around -- trying to determine if we wanted to replace (upgrade) the entire door or just replace the one pane. We decided for the price, we'd use Window Wise and just replace the glass. After waiting the couple weeks for the glass to be received, we set a date for installation -- Thursday morning. On Wednesday evening, James called to ask if he could reschedule for Friday morning because his current project was running behind. I appreciated the notification and willingly changed to a Friday installation. On time, Friday morning, Window Wise showed up. I was surprised that it was not James who showed up (he, himself, had done the last job), but was not disappointed with the installer.
Within a couple hours, job was complete. No surprise charges. Door looks great (better then before). I will use Window Wise again, if needed.

John came out to measure the window and came back about 2 weeks later with a new glass plane and one-way vented/descant trim. Glass pane took a little longer than expected to come in, but install went smoothly.
Would definitely use him again.

This went very well. They were very professional. I was very pleased with the product. The work he did saved me a lot of money as opposed to having all the windows replaced. I am very happy with the work overall.

Mr. Truelove was immediately accessible, came right away for an look and estimate. He gave me the information I needed on what he could do with the cracked window, which was to replace the unit. He looked at the other window that was developing moisture and explained a dessicant procedure that seemed reasonable in operation and price to me. We set an appointment for about a week's time, after the window had been ordered and arrived. As it was raining that day, we set the appointment for a few days later. He arrived at the appointed time and proceeded to fix the broken window and prepare the other window. Worked quickly and cleanly and the price was reasonable. Quite satisfied. Mr. Truelove was very pleasant to work with and very willing to explain and answer questions. I will call them first for any other window troubles.

It went well. He had some trouble getting the glass with dividers but kept me informed of the situation.

I called and got the owner, James Truelove. He came out at a time that workded with my schedule, provided a written estimate, ordered the windows and installed them in the time frame he had promised. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely use Window Wise again.
