It was not so well. They missed a few windows. After the work was done, they didn't put the screens back correctly on some of the windows and so the screens were falling off the windows. They windows that they did clean were okay. They missed some of the seals though. I probably wouldn't use them again. The biggest thing was the screens falling off the window. The price was fine. I paid a little bit more because I had a few more windows than were covered by the deal. They were pretty responsive. For professionalism, I actually was not home when they did the work. I had a care giver that was there. I did not deal with them in person.

It went very well. They used a spray washer that did a good job. It took the service team about 30 minutes to do the job. The price was good for the time taken to do the job.

The team arrived on time and got to work. I have a large home, and it took the two man team all day to get the job done. They kept at it until they had everything completed, and then asked me to inspect their work. I mentioned that there were a couple of windows that the pressure washing must have hit after they were initially done, and those were corrected. They even did a set of brick steps in the yard that was not on the original estimate, "since they had the pressure washer out". I thought they were professional and hard working. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to friends.

Took several attempts get connected and I had to call them but once they got here did a great job.

Window Genie was awesome. Our appointment was delayed twice because of the snow and ice storms (my driveway was impassable, and it was also too cold to do the outside windows) and even though it wasn't their fault, they felt bad and cleaned the storm debris off my gutters and moved some of the downed limbs out of the yard at no charge. The window cleaning was excellent and the young man who did the work was pleasant, quick and thorough. No more spider webs! My windows had not been properly cleaned in over 7 years and the improvement was amazing. I don't remember the exact price, but we bought one of the Angie's List specials and paid a little more because we had more glass to be cleaned than the special included (which we knew, the terms were clear). The additional charge was very low. I will use them again and strongly recommend them.

Called to say they weren't coming because of the rain. They weren't scheduled to come that Wed, but the next Thursday. Showed up the next week on the wrong day. I wasn't home so I'm not sure what they did. They told my husband that they were suppose to do the inside and out. Nope, just the outside. My plan was to do the inside the day before but since they were already there, I told them to just go ahead. Owner was nice but seemed confused. They also left a bill. It had already been paid. I asked for a zero balance bill. Got it a day later by email. Seems like a company that needs a good manager.

We had some difficulty getting the work done due to snow. Then I didn't hear from provider in a timely manner after one call. However, when I did, he came within a couple of days. Team was professional, fast, and did excellent work. I would definitely use them again. Note: Deal cost $49, but I had extra windows which increased cost to $89. Still the best deal I have ever had.

After a rocky start, Rich explained that he was having some issues with the staff in his office which is why my calls were not returned. Rich and I came to an acceptable arrangement and the work was completed to my satisfaction. Window Genie has a great system they use that continues to repel dirt and water spots for a while. Hopefully, the office staff situation will be resolved soon and I will use them again in the future.

Arrived on time etc. I explained my concern about bleach hitting my EZ Breeze Porch windows.....he was very careful about wetting them prior to spraying the siding and also ensuring he rinsed them thoroughly. No issues. Overall I was very pleased with how clean the house became after the washing. Very effective on the dirt , mold and mildew. We have large half moon windows with custom transoms and were worried about moving them to clean the windows. Rich was very careful and the windows look great. Will definitely use again.

Excellent communication. The windows look great. They have a unique way of cleaning them which not only cleaned the windows but the sils. Easy to work with and fair price.

The turn around on this order was excellent. As I recall, I purchased the Angie's List deal on February 9 and they did the job on the 10th. Service was prompt and professional. Our exterior windows were quite dirty. We recently purchased this home and I'm sure the outside windows hadn't been washed in well over a year. It was an overcast day when the Window Genie came. I noticed streaks on the hard-to-reach rear windows at the end of the job, and the technician hauled the ladder back out and did them again, and then checked them from the inside -- no complaints. The next day when the sun was shining I noticed more streaking on several other windows, and some remaining on the those washed twice. To be fair, they normally do both the interior and exterior washing, and might have concluded that what remained -- if it was even visible at the time -- was on the inside. I felt that the service was fine for the price I paid. We normally wash our own windows, but if we needed help I would consider them again.

Process took two steps: 1) initial call to the company was answered directly. After a discussion of our needs, they sent someone to the house to further review and estimate the job. He arrived at the promised date and time. After going over many options for film and cost, a proposal was created stating cost and other conditions. We agreed to have the work done. 2) on promised installation date and time, two installers arrived and completed the work in the estimated installation time. Both were very professional and pleasant. Upon completion, they discussed a number of post-installation conditions/concerns we should be aware of (setup time before fully bonded to the window, washing instructions, etc). The price estimated was the price charged. I would definitely do business with this company again.

They came and did the job, and even stayed late to get the job done. They were able to work around our schedule, which was very nice.
