As we discussed, when you had misunderstood the deal you were purchasing, I was willing to try and give you some additional service without charge if you would work around our busy spring schedule. To jog your memory, this is when I bent over backwards to try and offer you all possible options to get you the most for your money. As I mentioned at the time, this season is incredibly busy and to get free additional service when we had done nothing wrong, you would have to be patient. I'm sorry that you apparently saw this as missing appointments. However, none were made yet. Going on this site to put us down unjustly negates that offer, unfortunately. You are welcome to call us and get full priority scheduling at the price posted on the deal you purchased or contact us for a refund. I'm sorry that we weren't able to resolve this privately and keep my offer to you. I did leave you at least one message that was not returned. Owner was nice but seemed confused. They also left a bill. It had already been paid. I asked for a zero balance bill. Got it a day later by email.
Seems like a company that needs a good manager.
We had some difficulty getting the work done due to snow. Then I didn't hear from provider in a timely manner after one call. However, when I did, he came within a couple of days. Team was professional, fast, and did excellent work. I would definitely use them again.
Note: Deal cost $49, but I had extra windows which increased cost to $89. Still the best deal I have ever had.
Rich and I came to an acceptable arrangement and the work was completed to my satisfaction. Window Genie has a great system they use that continues to repel dirt and water spots for a while. Hopefully, the office staff situation will be resolved soon and I will use them again in the future.
Arrived on time etc. I explained my concern about bleach hitting my EZ Breeze Porch windows.....he was very careful about wetting them prior to spraying the siding and also ensuring he rinsed them thoroughly. No issues.
Overall I was very pleased with how clean the house became after the washing. Very effective on the dirt , mold and mildew.
We have large half moon windows with custom transoms and were worried about moving them to clean the windows. Rich was very careful and the windows look great.
Will definitely use again.
