Full Service Real Estate Company Listing Homes For 3.9%! Including Normal Buyer Agent Fees! Been In Business Over 20 Years!
We have a strong focus on building long lasting relationships with our clients. This is not something we just say, we actually DO in our company! So, if you are looking to list your home, we would love to be one of the agents you interview!
An agent from this company showed my house to her clients while I was in the house working. They liked it and requested another viewing the same day. My own agent recommended that I vacate the house during the second visit so the potential buyer would be comfortable giving it a thorough look, so I did. Upon my return, I found the living room filled with propane gas from the gas fireplace, and the gas logs set to "thermostat" mode. In that mode, the fire will automatically light if the room falls below a set temperature. Had it done so, the gas filling the room might have caught fire, and my house been destroyed. In temperatures below freezing, I was left to open windows in my living and dining room to get the gas out and return my house to a safe condition. If the agent and/or her clients wished to ascertain that the gas fire works, or see it in action, they could have asked me to demonstrate it during the earlier visit, or waited for me to return to the house for a demonstration. Instead, they attempted to light it, clearly without having any idea how that is done. The agents from this company clearly do not understand their responsibility to protect the properties that they show. They, and their clients, may look at the house. They do NOT have a right to handle anything in the house, or change the condition that it was in when they arrived. Viewers should not be permitted to attempt to turn items on or off, anymore than they would be permitted to use the toilets or settle down to watch TV. I cannot recommend this company.

After getting engaged, my husband and I both had houses to sell. After researching, we hired an agent from one of the large real estate companies. Of course the price was steep at 6%, but we were sure that we would get a lot of exposure and sell our houses quickly with such a large company. After about ~5 months, only a few showings, and finding our agent less and less available to us, we started seeking out other selling options. A work colleague recommended Bobby Wieland who he had used twice and had great experiences both time. He explained Bobby's rate was half that of the jumbo-companies and that both Bobby and his staff were incredible to work with. From the first meeting with Bobby, it was a totally different experience than with the first agent. Bobby listened intently to our selling goals. He gave us honest, clear information on what he thought the best strategies would be to price and market our houses and answered all our questions. It was incredible how quickly after our initial meeting that both our houses were listed and he and his staff were working to get them shown. When we called with any question, if he didn't answer immediately, he called us back that same day and usually within an hour or two. His staff is the same way. They were all helpful and generous with their time and sharing their expertise. Both our houses were sold within just a few months of signing with Bobby. Bobby and his staff were a complete pleasure to work with. You know right from your first meeting with Bobby that he is an honest, trustworthy person who cares about his commitment to your needs! When/if we sell again, there is no one else we would ever consider using except Wieland Properties.
Description of Work: Bobby Wieland advertised and sold both my and my husband's, then fiance, house in 2009.
