Best experience. My clutch on a Honda went bad, and I saved up money for the approximate cost to replace, I thought around $600. I went to White Wall prepared to pay them to replace the clutch, but the gentleman who worked with me decided to check the fluid and found a small leak. Just replacing fluid fixed it for years. A $5 fix when he knew I was prepared to spend hundreds.

It went fine, but here's the main point. I've been using White-Wall for all of my vehicle repairs since the mid-90's , and I can say that they are the finest group of auto mechanics I've ever seen in North Carolina. They have done innumerable repairs on my cars, everything from timing belt to transmission to radiator, and every repair was done in excellence. These men are total professionals, their diagnoses are accurate and honest, and their pricing is always fair. I trust them completely in every aspect of their work. Owner Jimmy and lead mechanic Roger have been doing this sort of work for decades; the younger men, Buddy and Nathan, are similarly skilled and completely reliable as well. They're also very nice guys to work with. So if you want your car repaired well for a reasonable price, I highly recommend White-Wall Auto Repair. Five enthusiastic stars!

I chose this company for this service because they have done work for me in the past. The people there are very nice and friendly. They do offer the use of after market parts, so that the repair is cheaper. They were very quick in fixing my car. They do have an after hours drop off as well.

Synthetic oil was used, not at our request. The air filter was replaced without informing us they were going to do this. The airfilter was changed recently and I doubt it needed replaced. They did not call me to let me know when the service was complete, even after I called and left a message to check up on the service.
