Weed Man Lawn Care

I ordered lawn aeration and top dressing 1 month ago. While getting quotes I called twice to verify the top dressing was a dump truck full of soil and was reassured it was. On the day of service no soil was applied, rather a granular soil conditioner that has essentially destroyed my lawn. I’ve discussed with 2 separate managers who have dismissed my concerns now ignore my attempts to discuss this matter further. Very disappointing service and customer support.

Weed Man has been doing my lawn for a couple years now. I thought the over seeding price was high so I usually hire someone else to do it. This past year I didn't have time to find someone else, so I opted to have Weed Man aerate and seed. WOW what a difference, my lawn is more beautiful than it has EVER been.

We have been using Weed Man for our yard for a year and a half. The first year was fine, but in the last six months, we've seen weeds popping up all over the yard and have had to call for extra treatment several times. Weeds go away then pop up again a month later, so it seems they don't continue to monitor unless we complain. In the last several months, I believe they have stopped spraying in the backyard. It is completely over run with weeds and we haven't seen any weeds die even after Weed Man claimed they sprayed it again, and the yard continues to look worse and worse. I have called them four times in the last week and emailed them many more times and no one returns my calls or has been to my house to look at the weeds or treat anything. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your lawn care, it certainly couldn't be any worse than Weed Man.

So far, ok. They advise to call them in between maintenance treatments, if I see weeds. So I called, they came out and treated again. Very responsive.

Upon observing the staff who applied the fertilizer, lime, weed control and brown patch control (1 or 2 of the products that were appropriate at time), it appeared to me that it was a "hit and miss" application.  This type of application was definitely not worth $70.00 and more that might apply to  the specific application. Also, there appeared to be a tremendous amount of turnover of employees/staff.  There would be a different person to call before each application. I prefer having someone I know and can trust in order to  build a relationship with him/her.  The office staff can also be very unfriendly at times.

This company is great.  They keep my yard looking it's best; keep me informed regarding any issues; very helpful if I need anything.

They have great customer service and will come out day of if you have any concerns or issues with the lawn.

We use Weed Man on an ongoing basis to provide a fertilizing and weed killing solution for our lawn.  So far, the results have been good.  They're price seems a little high, but our lawn is in good shape compared to neighbors that obviously don't use professional services to treat their lawn.

They explain very well what they are going to do.  There was a problem we had, just a scheduling issue and we had them come back and do something and they charged me for that.

Fantastic as usual!  They call a day ahead of time per my request to ensure works with my schedule. I have a dog that needs rehab and also don't want visiting dogs interrupted by service.  Need to let things dry on grass before dogs can access the grass. They leave good notes about my lawn in particular, always clean up after any treatment, and come in between services if anything is amiss - in fact they encourage calls!!!

They do a great job, very helpful and generous with information. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

i've used them since we moved in three years ago based on Angies List ratings. we are overall very happy with their service. we have signed up for their continual service plan so they come back every month or two and apply an application of whatever is appropriate. they offer seasonal soil aeration, amending, and seeding. my only less than optimal experience is when i asked for a representative to come by and discuss my lawn conditions and i was sent a guy who was a bit hurried.

Been using past 6-8 mos.; their weed control definitely helps w/preventing weeds from popping up. The weeds that come up are easily pulled by hand. Pretty responsive to my needs & reapplying should weeds appear between scheduled applications.

MY LAWN LOOKS SO GOOD THAT I HAVE HAD FOUR STRANGERS COME TO THE DOOR TO FIND OUT WHICH COMPANY I USE. THEY AERATED AND SEEDED THE LAWN IN FALL AND AFTER ONLY A YEAR, MY LAWN LOOKS FABULOUS.
