After being loyal customers for over a year, we were horribly treated when most of our large lawn suddenly died after one of their treatments in early September. Harold and Quinton had no other explanation yet would not admit it was something they had done, even though one of their own techs said it looked like someone accidentally sprayed using a tank with residual herbicide. They said they were coming to take a soil sample and never did. When the owner finally came to look at our lawn 6 weeks later, after several phone calls and emails, he completely avoided taking responsibility but finally agreed to give us back some of our money. He has now suddenly changed his mind and won't respond to either me or my husband. After posting on another site, I learned this is not the first time they have done this exact thing to a loyal customer. They seem very professional and polite, but if anything goes wrong they will not take care of you. Do not trust this company. JanetIn response to owner's excuses: The owner ONLY offered to fix the problem after almost two months of ignoring us and we threatened bad reviews. By that time we had lost all faith in them, and my husband had worked countless hours trying to salvage the dead lawn himself. We had watered faithfully and they told us it was NOT insects or disease. And another customer had the exact thing happen after the early September treatment. So Harold, the owner, finally offered some of our money back but we have yet to see any and he stopped responding. Obviously it was right not to trust them to "fix" it.

I had backyard seeded because because a new patio and back porch was built. It was complete dirt and has turned out great. Weed has been removed.

Great. They do the job that needs to be done at the right time. The lawn looks better that it ever has in the past.

I have been very well satisfied with their overall service. I have been using them for about 8 months now. The technicians are very explanatory. They explain what they are doing, and what chemicals they are using. They will call me before they come out. They are very efficient, and do the job.

I found this service on the Groupon website. The offer was their $100 service for $50. I decided to take a chance, because our lawn is in dire need of help.
I was an absolute pleasure dealing with them from start to finish. When I called to make the appointment, the person I talked to described exactly what the procedure was and exactly what they do. We did not have to be home when they came, which was very convenient.
The serviceman came yesterday to do his thing. He first spread fertilizer on the lawn--then he sprayed with a liquid weed killer. He even answered random questions that I had. He said that we should start seeing results within 2 week and that he would follow up with a phone call.
This service was supposed to take care of 16,000 square feet of lawn. I know for sure that our lawn is larger than that, and he treated the whole thing.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone whose lawn needs help.

He has been very cooperative, I have called him and he has come back to treat some hard places. I have gotten some notices about the upcoming fall for aerating and seeding. It seems a little high in price so I am not sure if I am going to go with that or not. Other than that, they have been very cooperative and nice to talk to. The price they have given me on the weed treatment is not outrageous but the aerating does seem high. I haven't really compared them to other companies at this point, though, so I am unsure on how to rate them in price.

I like their service. I used to do it myself and this has been more convenient and it looks good.
