WARP COMPUTERS

When I visited Warp Computers and explained my situation and needs, they were not sure about taking on my request. I was trying to order two of a very specific item of a sort they probably would rarely see requested. However, the owner agreed to look into it for me. A short time later, the owner contacted me and told me they could get them. We came to terms on price and how I would pay (since it was special order, he wanted me to put down a deposit). Once that was handled, he ordered my items. In less time than several other places stated for 'factory lead time' (let alone shipping), my items were in and I could pick them up Everything was exactly as I had specified, and it had only taken a few days to get something I had spent multiple weeks trying to track down myself. They even let me use a hand truck for a couple minutes to carry my items to my car Everybody there was courteous and helpful, and despite requesting they order something unusual, that they would not normally carry, I felt like they appreciated my business. I will definitely keep them in mind on future purchases, even when I'm looking for parts that are more commonly available. As for price, they were a little more than I had originally hoped to pay, but they got what I wanted in less time than some people were telling me it would take their distributors to have it (and then I would have to wait x more days for shipping). I feel like giving Warp Computers the benefit of the doubt on this front since they probably paid more to get them there quickly than I had originally expected. In addition, I looked at a number of items they had on hand and the ones I noticed were reasonably priced, so that makes me lean more toward the 'A' rating here. I left the 'quality' field as N/A here because I specified exactly the parts that I wanted; I did not give them any 'substitution' room, nor did they try to substitute anything, nor did I have them perform any service beyond ordering something very specific. They were very responsive when I called to check on my order, and had paid close attention when I originally described my situation and the specific items I needed. I can not rate their punctuality as I did not make any appointments to have them come out to my place or do anything like that. I conducted the whole business at their store or over the telephone. They were courteous and professional from my first encounter until everything was done. They did exactly what I wanted them to do, and did it in a way I would expect. I felt like I was working with people who appreciated their customers. I look forward to dealing with them on other matters in the future.
