I would've given a higher rating because the workers were very professional. I think it should've been explained to me that my carpet was beyond the restorative condition. That way instead of spending my money on a cleaning that did help, but didn't give me the results that I was expecting. I could have declined the cleaning and went in another direction. But I do believe, from what I see, had my carpet been in better condition, I would've given 5 stars.
