Visit went very well. The assistant came in and took my cat to the van. 45 minutes the doctor and assistant
brought him back in. He was a wobbly, but he did eat within half an hour. The doctor explained what he had
done and how to provide after care.
And I know they will me in a day or so to check on his condtion.

We have used Veterinary Express several times over the past few years for surgeries and have always been extremely pleased. Dr. Rodgers and his assistant are knowledgeable and kind. They have always been responsive and punctual.
It is so nice to have a vet come to our house rather than having to take the dogs to an office. Our dogs stay calm and can wake up from the anesthesia in their own home. This makes the experience much less traumatic for them. In addition Dr. Rodger's fees are very reasonable.
We recommend Veterinary Express without hesitation to anyone needing veterinary services.

They were suppose to bring by a medication but never brought it by. The doctor was good with the animals. We decided to use another office.

My rabbit developed a sore/growth on his back that would scab over, get better, and then open up again. After it refused to heal on its own, I researched online and found that not all vets handle rabbits. I found Dr. Rogers from Veterinary Express did and I researched them on Angie's List. I had heard about them before, but had never tried them. I contacted them through their web page and received an automated response stating they would contact me soon. It was the Friday before Easter and I waited through the weekend and into next week but did not hear from them. Finally, I sent another email stating I had not heard anything from them and again received the automated response; however, this time Dr. Rogers sent me an email that evening stating he had never received the 1st email, apologized, and promised to contact me the next day.

I received a call the next day, another apology, and an appointment for the same day. He came with his mobile and quot;emergency room on wheelsand quot; at the scheduled time. I was allowed to go inside while he examined my rabbit and promptly diagnosed him as having a growth, possibly a tumor. He told me it needed to be surgically removed and he could send it off for pathology if I wanted to. We scheduled the surgery for the following week and he performed it inside his mobile unit in my driveway. I was surprised how quick it was. He gave me instructions on how to care for my rabbit after the surgery. He also came back to remove the stitches 3 weeks later, which was included in the cost of the surgery. Dr. Rogers and his assistant were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for quality vet care at an affordable cost, not to mention it being less stressful for your pet than a car ride to the vet.

I would recommend calling them to make an appointment or following up on your email request if they do not respond to your email right away, it will be worth it.

I called on a Wednesday as a first time patient and was able to get an appointment for check-up/shots/heart worm tests for the following Monday. I had to leave a message but the response was prompt and very friendly. Dr. Rogers came to my house a little late, which I think probably happens due to the nature of the beast (traveling all over the greater Raleigh area). They did call to let us know they were running late. The service was phenomenal. Dr. Rogers did a thorough exam of all four of our pets. Our pets were comfortable and relaxed in their own home, even with all of the shots that each of them received. It was a completely stress free experience for us and our pets! The best part, for me, was that I didn't have to make four separate trips to the vet -- he came to us! The cost for the house call itself was only $49, and he did *not* charge us for an office visit for each of the animals. This is in direct contrast to the more conventional vets that I called, each of which was going to charge me for an office visit for each of the four animals. I was happy with the cost given the fact that we had a full array of vaccinations for each pet as well as heart worm tests and the heart worm medication. The only downside to using this type of service that I can see is that it's more economical to have all of the pets get their shots at one time so that you're charged for only one house call. That is a lot of expense at one time, of course, but now that we know we're going to be using Dr. Rogers in the future I will just budget appropriately. Also, as an aside--you may be wondering what happens if you need a vet and your mobile vet is on vacation. I didn't wonder about that myself but it happened to me this week. The answer is, Dr. Rogers has a very nice vet covering for him. Dr. Jones was willing to come out to me in Cary all the way from North Raleigh the same day I called her, but she did give me the number of another mobile vet who was closer. Dr. Tristin Lamberton came out that very afternoon and did a great job! So it seems like Dr. Rogers has a network of very nice, very competent vets who are willing to help out patients that aren't even theirs!

I like that they are reasonable and they can come to my house. There is one veterinarian and his assistant that comes every time. Usually when I call them they are able to get to my home within a few days.
