I am so glad I chose UWRG for my water remediation issue! I interviewed 3 other companies and UWRG just seemed to be more knowledgeable, have better equipment and have great technicians. They were prompt in coming out to evaluate the damage and arrange for a technician to come out. This was important to me, because I wanted to avoid mold. Justin did my job and he arrived on time each day, was extremely neat and happy to explain each step along the way, and was very pleasant. UWRG also worked along very well with my insurance company so that I did not have to take a penny out of my pocket. As well, Justin’s work was so good it made it very easy for my contractor R&B Quality Construction to replace my floors and drywall. I would definitely recommend UWRG and will use them again if I ever have a water, mold or fire issue. Keep up the good work UWRG!!
