They were professional and we were pleased with the work.

Other places I've used had weeds and rats, but this facility is well kept. I really like it because it's brand new, they keep it very cleaned, air-conditioned units, and I feel like it's very safe as you need a card to go inside and an alarm goes off it you try to open a unit without one.

I was moving furniture from Raleigh, NC to Greenville and Spartanburg SC. I reserved my truck online and had to change it several times. They couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. They were so great to work with I rented from them again when I moved the rest of my belongings from Raleigh to Morehead City. I would definitely use them again and absolutely recommend them!!

The truck from U-Haul International Inc was in good shape, it was clean, it had gas in it, I had no problem on the road driving it, the price was fair, and I was able to turn it in at my new location which was very convenient. I didn't have to pay any extra to turn the truck in the following day.

I sent the following letter to the U-Haul CEO--and did not get a response.

Dear Mr. Schoen:
On Saturday, November 17, I had reserved a 10’ truck to facilitate a local move. The pick-up (and return) location was the
Northridge Auto Spa, 7110 Sandy Forks Road, Raleigh, North Carolina 27615.
When my wife and I arrived at the Auto Spa, it was a busy place. We had to wait 15 minutes to have a conversation with the operator. He was surprised to find we had a reservation for a truck. He located the reservation in the system. He called your operations center and related that he did not have the reserved vehicle and asked what to do. He was advised to send me to a larger U-haul facility on Capitol Boulevard, approximately 6 miles away.
The Auto Spa operator was a gentleman and apologized for the problem. He provided the toll-free number for U-haul
and suggested I call before going over to the Capitol Boulevard facility.
I called the number and related the problem and was subsequently transferred to a regional operations center. The
representative quickly checked the Capitol Boulevard location as well as other locations in the Raleigh area and determined that there were no smaller trucks available, only trailers and larger trucks.
At this point, I was far from being a satisfied customer, having spent 1 ½ hours driving to the location, waiting, etc. – and not having the promised rental. She was sympathetic and offered to provide a $50 payment for my inconvenience. I accepted her offer and provided my mailing address.
To date, we have not received the promised payment.

It was really easy. I do not remember anything that stood out. I will use them again. Other than that, I did not have any problems.

Their prices were really reasonable.

They gave us their trucks, we did the rest ourselves. We would use them again in the future.
