TW PRO CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING SERVICES

TW Pro was recommended by a friend and based on the good reviews I decided to give this company a chance. This was a huge mistake and waste of money. This is the worst carpet cleaning company I ever done business with. My appointment was on July 9th at 1:30 PM and Tremaine arrived at 2:20 PM. Then he loaded up his equipment and left my front door wide open allowing flies to enter my home. After he finish cleaning my carpet he yelled my name twice as I was writing his check, telling me I need to hurry up because he have another appointment. Later he texted me apologizing for being rude and invited me to dinner, which was completely unprofessional. To top it off after my carpet dried it was hard, crunchy with residue and did not smell fresh. Also, one of my rooms that was cleaned has visible stains on the carpet in several areas. I contacted him about the issue, but he said he was busy working and brushed me off. I am highly displeased with this service and do not recommend this company.

They were professional, friendly and very helpful. I was able to get on their schedule quickly, and they made thorough and quick work of my home. I would definitely use them again!

I was so impressed with Tremayne. He did an awesome job, was so pleasant and did the work in under 2 hours. My carpets look amazing and my filthy chair looks like new. His prices are extremely reasonable too. I will definitely tell all of my friends about TW Pro Carpet & Upholstery!

They were great! Carpets looked amazing; they were fast and even locked up the empty house when done. When I went over to check, I couldn't believe the carpets could look that good (15 yrs old & quite soiled in spots). I'd def use again!

The technician was very timely and when the appointment was scheduled he asked for a good cell phone number, which he used to confirm the date, send a reminder, and an eta of when he would be there about 30 minutes prior to the appointment that was down to the minute. He was very respectful and asked for a tour of where he would be cleaning, got his stuff and was done within an hour. We had a groupon for the service which was 50% off the original price. We had pet stains all over that are now no longer there. Our staircase was not included on the groupon, however he did them for just a small fee that he accepted a check for. He was overall very prepared, did good work, and would call him again in the future.
