I've lived in Raleigh for 40 years and have had a few opportunities have body work done at various body shops around town. Tunstall Williams was definitely the best I have used. Can't tell the car was ever damaged. Tim and his crew are excellent!

The car was done in 4 days. They car looked brand new! They are A+!  I have been going to them for about 20 years now. Timmy and Larry are great and they can not do enough.

When I got the car back yesterday, it looks like it came right out of the showroom! Thy entire car was cleaned and detailed along with the new paint job! It even smells like a new car! Larry Ellis, the owner, is honest and doesn't do any more than what needs to be done. I recently hit a dear and she hit the car so hard that he had to fix the front quarter panel, the door, and the hood. They are amazing! They all know what they are doing, and I know quality when I see it! Larry Gwen has been with them for around 30 years, and he is an excellent craftsman in auto repair!

They are very honest and fair prices. If he can do the work for cheaper, he will and he will give you the discount. the last time I saw him he replaced a mirror for me for $60. The dealer was going to charge $300.

I did not like him, so I had the work done by the dealer.

Job was done the day after I stopped to ask them to do it, it was ready on time, and they did a good job. The estimate and billing process was a bit casual, but that's OK on a minor job like this that doesn't involve insurance.

This business is absolutely first-rate. I got an estimate without making an appointment. The work began and ended on time. The work was completed for the price quoted in the estimate. The quality and service are as good as it gets.

These guys were great! I was able to drive over without an appointment and get an estimate in 15 minutes. The estimate was good, so I scheduled the work. The parts were ordered prior to my dropping off my car. I dropped it off for repair on a Monday, and they thought it would be ready by Thursday. It was ready on Thursday at noon. When I arrived, the estimate was what I paid. The car was clean (vacuumed inside, washed outside). They had checked the back tail light for leakage pressure sprayer, and asked me to keep a lookout for leakage during the first hard rain we had. (I did-there is no leak). The paint repair looks great-no signs of work are there, the match is perfect. The dent repair was on a crease, and it's done well. All seams match those on the other side of the car. I'm very pleased with the results, and will recommend them to my friends.

Larry was very straightforward. He was able to save me money by repairing the bumper cover rather than replacing it with an aftermarket part. He charged $525 rather than the $800-900 that several other local shops wanted. The work was done very well and he was able to accommodate my schedule.

I rode by on my lunch hour and was given a quick quote by Larry. My car looks like new again, and they even washed it and vacuumed the inside.
