We worked with Andy. She was extremely knowledgable and helped us to find a product exactly like what we were looking for. She explained the difficulties of working with glass tile so that we could ask the necessary questions of our installer. Finally, she ensured that we had everything needed to complete the job including thinset, grout, and trim pieces. I will definitely do business with this place again.

It went extremely well.  I was very pleased.  Their owner was very knowledgeable in the field; the whole process is much easier.  It was all very well. 

The sales rep had good design ideas and suggestions while keeping our costs low. We were veryy happy with the materials we purchased and her designs and the bathroom looks wonderful.

Amanda Bates was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appointment with me to choose tile and a tile design for new backsplashes in my kitchen. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted - a simple and very clean design - and she was very accepting of this without trying to move me into higher priced tiles. She even found ways to save me money! She gave me excellent advice on tile layout and how to work with a rather tricky area in one part of the kitchen. My daughter and son-in-law recently built a new house and Amanda was equally helpful and professional with their project. While my project involved only one room, my daughter's home involved a large kitchen, bar and three bathrooms. The design ideas and tile suggestions Amanda gave them produced a really outstanding and beautiully individualized home. I would highly recommend this company.

I needed to pick out backsplash tile for our kitchen remodel. I was looking for tile that closely matched our Sherwin Williams Navajo White cabinet color. I worked with Trish. I checked out a lot of tile samples to make sure we got the one that most closely matched. She was so patient and helpful to work with. Our tile was installed last week and I love how it turned out!
Side Note: Don't waste your time with Lowes and Home Depot. Their tile selection is miniscule. It you want any kind of selection, you need to go to a tile shop, like Triangle Tile.

Fast, professional, timely and very clean.

Bad Experience all around. After explaining to the showroom designer that I did not want anything busy, she showed me a sample that met my needs. When the tile came in it looked nothing like the sample. It was not a natural product so did not have much variation - they admitted that it was just a bad sample. I still had to pay shipping costs of about $100 even though it was their mistake. I used their recommended contractor which was a big mistake. He dropped off workers (never stayed and supervised) who carelessly marked up my new cabinets, didn't clean up after themselves and cut the tile around the door jam crooked. He hasn't returned my calls.

THEY HAVE TONS OF CHOICES AND DESIGNS TO CHOOSE FROM. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE A DECISION, THEY HAVE AN INTERIOR DESIGNER AVAILABLE TO ASSIST YOU. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID.
