The men were courteous and knowledgeable and I would recommend them.

David and team did a great job of replacing siding, soffits, installing a light fixture and ceiling fan, installing chair rail and painting the dining room and exterior front door. They were prompt, communicative and the work was of excellent quality.

We have used David several times over the years, and have never been disappointed.  On this occasion, after receiving budget busting quotes from a few other vendors, accompanied by lots of bluster about the difficulty of the job, we hired an engineer to write a report as to needed repairs - and as we suspected, the engineer's report disputed what the other providers were trying to get us to do.

My husband was in construction before retiring, and knew we were getting the runaround from the other providers. Some people think if you have a big house, you automatically have to pay more for services. After reading the engineer's report. David came up with exactly the same approach that my husband thought would work. 

His pricing is reasonable, he's honest and diligent, and he never tries to take advantage.

He's trustworthy, he's conscientious, he does good quality work and he's very well mannered. He can just do about anything in the home repair: interior, exterior, plumbing, siding, roofing, etc.

Over the years, David has performed a myriad of repairs, from the major to the minor.  He handled substantial pre-inspection repairs along with sprucing up the inside of our house in preparation for sale, which included installing ceiling fans, picture frame molding, bath updates, etc.  His quotes were firm, which I really like.  At this stage, we trust his pricing and do not even get quotes for any jobs.  We are never disappointed with the work or with the cost. He is a genuinely nice person and extremely trustworthy and talented.
