Concrete Repair
TriCity people appeared to be very professional, were cordial and punctual. Unfortunately they were incompetent. The foundation walls for the addition were offset 2 inches from where they were supposed to be meaning addition walls could not line up with the existing house. The slab and foundation walls were poured about an inch too high with respect to the existing house. Finally, they almost made the 30 foot long retaining wall just 25 feet long. Fortunately I caught them before that mistake was cast in concrete. When the too high slab was pointed out to them, they agreed to fix it but they replaced the slab without required town inspections. And they refuse to admit that the foundation is in the wrong place.
