Their price was high, but I felt that the service was worth what I paid. I went to them for appraisal of jewelry for insurance purposes. When I took the jewelry, they didn’t want me to leave it and they wanted me to stay. I stayed while they did the measuring. They took photographs and kept all the information that they needed since the jewelry would go back home with me. They e-mailed the appraisal and also mailed a copy of the appraisal which included the photos of each piece and all the weights and the measurements. I would use them again in the future if need be.

We're helpful in performing tirage on the watches, determining which to get rid of (old and unrepairable), which to repair in-house, and which to send to specialized watchmakers. The majority of watches were repaired on time, but one was delayed due to the back injury of the outside watchmaker specialist.
