Went there - parked inside and no person to assist. Eventually found someone who told me I had to go round the side for oil change. Drove round there - nowhere to park. Parked in road. Went inside office and was told to go into the workshop and the mechanic would take care of it. Only one mechanic insight and she was busy on another vehicle. Nowhere to sit, so eventually gave up and came home. Very disappointing experience.
