It went very well Riley explain to me exactly what he had to do he took pictures to make sure I understood what he was saying and he was very patient with me I definitely use the service again I trust him And today it’s hard to find someone that is so trustworthy and honest and I found that in this young man

Thermostat Masters is the epitome of professionalism! They came out and replaced all of our ductwork in the crawlspace. Then I got to talking with Riley about a new furnace and heat pump. He got me all the information on the models. I Also got a zone damper and thermostat for the 2nd floor. Riley was very knowledgable when it came to achieving the best way to make it the most efficient. A year later, he came out and did the inspection. Fixed our gas regulator (which was old). I have no reservations and would not hesitate to recommend Thermostat Masters for any HVAC services. 100% professional!

Riley and his team were incredible! I’ve had other companies come in the past, but this was by far the best experience. They’re clean - even wore booties when they were in my home. They took their time to really review my system and took photos so I could see what was working, what could use some help and what needed replacement. Instead of just telling me to replace my system because it’s old, he came up with repairs that will keep it running and saved me thousands! I can’t say enough great things - I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!
