Very poor craftsmanship, limited response from the owner. No supervision from foreman. Overall a pretty bad job. Workers drinking on the job. Left a mess here. Would not recommend to anyone. Owner made very little attempt to make things right. If anyone wants pics of the job, please let me know.

No communication, waiting since March for this small job to be completed.

Every person in this company that I have dealt with is incredibly professional and courteous. Frank is amazing. He has been part of the build the entire way. I got my deck boards replaced because there were holes everywhere. I would hire them again and again and again.

My wife and I hired Handyman Connection Wake Forest to install a new mailbox, after our previous one was backed into/destroyed. They were easy to get a hold of and were out the same day -- even ahead of schedule, so I had to haul tail to get back to the house to meet them! They gave us an estimate, as we had requested, and worked with the materials we provided (they were even willing to go to the hardware store to pick up the mailbox/post we selected, but I ended up grabbing that myself, since we changed our minds on which one we wanted). They supplied the needed concrete to firmly set the mailbox into the ground and did a great job installing it, super quick.

The scheduling of the work was prompt, the tech showed up on time. He seemed in a hurry to move on to the next job and did not ask about the disposal of the appliance and left it in my living room. It was an over-the-range microwave and was manageable for me to dispose and move but his help would have been useful. Also left me with a little clean-up at the work site.

The workmanship was good but he didnâ t return when he said he would delaying the completion of a very simple project. We were quoted one price and found out on completion that it was more expensive

Having a contractor actually call back, give an estimate and get the work done within a week is unheard of anymore, but that is what my experience with Handyman Connection has been! The estimate was right on target and the workman showed up when he said he would. I will definitely recommend and use this company again.

Sarah the office manager, Chris the tech, and John the Owner were very courteous and professional. Arrived early. Install flood lights and they were very neat and clean. Yes, I will hire them for my next project. God bless.
