I thought their price is excellent. These people are so good. I've been going there for the past 5 years. I called them because I had a problem with my car. The guy said that if I was going to bring the car in, they would charge me 100 something dollars to just look at it. He said to buy the stuff to put it in the car and it worked. They always say to try something before bringing the car in. It saved me $120. I love them. They talk to you in layman's term. I use them all the time.

Mike was very professional. He diagnosed the problem with my CLK350 and explained everything to me in a respectful and truthful manner. I am grateful that I responded to the mail advertisement. My car has over 64K miles and it has never run better!

I have been using the Foreign Service since I first purchased my Mercedes in 2011. I knew it was going to be pricey to maintain this vehicle, and I wanted it done correctly. I couldn't be more pleased with the services provided. Their customer service is the best, I think that's what makes this garage one of the best. They only service Mercedes, which I think is also a plus. Always provides / offers Mercedes loaners. Wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else.

Overall my experience was good. They are pricey although they are a bit cheaper than the dealership. I had my car serviced there and they found a nail in my tire which they fixed without telling me. I mentioned that I would have liked to be notified prior to them doing any work on the car and for this reason they did not charge me for plugging my tire (a minor $28 charge). I thought that was kind and professional. They didn't find anything else wrong with my car, which is what I had expected since I had recently performed a major service at my dealership and maintain my car in great condition. I believe they are trustworthy (hard to come by with mechanics) and will use them again.

They have great customer service and they are very trustworthy.

Don't tell them you want to be sure nothing is wrong. Do be sure you know exactly what they are doing. They always call if they think something needs to be done before doing it so you have the option to say no.

We were very pleased with them. We really appreciated them because they didn't charge us for anything that they did. They said that it was something that we shouldn't fix. They were very good in that way. The guy told us that it would cost a lot to try and fix it and that it wasn't really worth fixing for the age of the vehicle and everything. This is how they dealt with the problem without fixing it so they didn't charge us. They are in a wired area and that's the only problem. Overall, they were very good. Their responsiveness was okay as they were a little slow. We would use them again in the future.

Other companies said it was the transmission and they said it would range $5,000 - $11,000. They looked at my car and saved me $10,000. They provide excellent service, honest, and dependable.

I took my car to The Foreign Service in Raleigh for a tune up and overall inspection because I had just purchased the car and it had sat for a while. I searched on the net and found them three hours away from where I live. After examining their site, and comparing it to others and after phone calls to the shops, I decided that it was worth a 3 hour drive to have them service my car. On top of the basic service, I also asked for some other small items to be looked at, ie; dash lights, switches, ignition switch, transmission, rear differential, etc. The second I walked in their door, they made me feel at home. Not only did they provide me with a loaner vehicle free of charge, they allowed me to drive it for two weeks because I live over three hours away and could not make it back in less time. They also took care of other small issues free of charge because of their simplicity!!! They frequently called to give me the status of the job and any updates on parts and labor. They always called to make sure that any deviations from the original requests were suitable and affordable to me. They made excellent suggestions for things to look out for and to have repaired at a later date. They worked with me on payment of the bill. At the time of pick up, they also gave me a personalized key chain with their contact info, and a front plate with their very cool logo on it. They also gave me a call a few months afterward just to say hello and to make sure I was satisfied with their services. Overall, it was the BEST customer service I have ever received and made me extremely secure in knowing that my car was well serviced and reliable. They truly exemplify what customer service should be. I left with smile on my face and looking forward to my next transaction with them. If only customer service was like that everywhere!
