I can not recommend Gerardo. Sharing so others are aware and dont make the same mistake I did. Initial painting and repair work was good, then I contracted Gerardo (Tellez Painting Construction Group) to finish painting the house. Work was low quality and he was difficult to work with - several times asking for more money, more money. I noticed this weekend that he forgot or did not paint the 2nd story windows on the rear of the house. He requested $600 to come out and finish the job. I shared a Statement of Work prior to the start of the job that described what needed to be done. He started working without any changes. Later when he said he did not estimate the deck railings, I was willing to pay a fair hourly rate to complete the job. Regarding the roofers, they left some marks on the paint that required touch-up. I addressed any other repairs myself.

I would HIGHLY recommend Geraldo! He installed wallpaper on two of my tray ceilings and did a phenomenal job! He got us in very quickly and was able to complete the project in 1 day for HALF the price of other contractors! We are trying to think of other projects Geraldo can help us with :)
