Unlike most computer repair centers, we do not charge any extra fees to come to you and diagnose any problem. An experienced, certified tek will do all of the work on your computer. We offer reasonable pricing and return computers as fast as possible. References available upon request! Our teks have worked with thousands of computers. We repair all types of computers, including IBM, DELL, Compaq, HP, Gateway, EMachines, Sony Vaio, and miscellaneous whitebox / whitebook computers. From the initial call to work being complete was a quick turnaround. We took our PC to them and they were able to resolve our issue almost immediately for a fair market price. Price quoted upfront - no ambiguity. Will use them agaion and would not hesitate to refer them to a friend.

My son had dropped his laptop and was getting a red screen. Chris was able to fix it. He did a diagnostic then quoted me a price to replace the price. His hourly rate was fair and he was very responsive. He was much more affordable than the other companies I called. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

He charged me on hourly basis and the part cost additional. He was the most knowledgeable technician that I have had. I was very pleased with his work. I had some other technicians and consultants come in but they could not do certain things but he did it very quickly as well as efficiently.
