Tech arrived on-time and replaced 2 outdoor spigots for $400 (with Angi's discount), including having to install 2 indoor access panels and cleanup. Entire job took less than 2 hours. Everything looked great. Highly recommend this company.

Matt responded quickly for my request to replace my broken water heater. He came over right when he said he would, looked over the job, and gave me a quote. When I accepted and asked when we could schedule the job, he said. "Right now." All right! He and Nick started right away, removing my old water heater and expansion tank, and replacing them with new equipment. They worked quickly and were done in less than 3 hours. Matt answered all my questions and was professional, courteous, and friendly. Matt & Nick cleaned up the job site, hauled away the old equipment, and wore masks the whole time they were in my house. Before they left, Matt showed me the new equipment, the shut-off valve, and how to change the water temperature. I received a receipt for payment and an invoice describing the job. Well done. I am very happy with the service and the price.

They installed hose bids outside and added a circulated domestic hot water system. Very reasonable and very responsive.

The person serviced my commode is very through and checked for leak quite a few times and they were on time. Replaced more parts than required for free for charge. I will hire them any time if service required

They gave me an estimated time of arrival between 7 and 8am. Technician arrived at about 07:05. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and did not try to sell me on something I didn't need. He removed a small amount of wet drywall and fixed the leak without any problems. The price was far less than the quote I had received from another company the night before (the other company wanted to charge $490 for the same job; I will be giving that other company a review on Angies list, too!)
Anyway, I am very pleased with the work done by TCR Rooter. It is too early to rate the quality of this particular piece of work but they guarantee their work for a year. Based on this experience and on the recommendations from my neighbors I plan to hire them to replace all the polybutylene plumbing in my entire house next week. I will let Angies List know how that goes, too. 

We had a communication issue regarding the date of service but once we worked that out, everything went smoothly.  Our hot water heater was in out pulldown attic.  We received quotes to put a tankless water heater down in our finished basement.  They were $400 cheaper than the other quotes.  They were professional and did a wonderful job.  I highly recommend them

Each time I have called them, they are usually able to schedule me within 24 hours. They are punctual, thorough, competent, and always very nice. But what I like most about this company is that they take the time to explain their findings, discuss my options, and answer my questions without making me feel pressured. I can make an informed decision and always feel comfortable about what is being done and why. I really can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended.

In spite of a full day of fixing people's pipes that had broken due to the freezing weather, he stopped by and re-installed the toilet.
We've had Terry do work for us before: Replaced a sewer pipe and water heater at our other property, snaked drains, installed new Studor vents in our primary home, installed a new kitchen sink faucet, move a sewer pipe for a remodel and we'll have him back to hook the plumbing on new sinks once we get them installed.
He's our go-to guy.

I called Monday afternoon, and Terry offered to have someone there at 7:15 the next morning. The plumber, Kiko, was there at 7:10. He was finished in an hour, and had cleaned up behind himself very well. He wore and quot;bootiesand quot; in the house and kept them clean. Please note that first-time customers can use a discount coupon on the TCR Rooter website, which came in very handy.

TCR has always been responsive and performed high-quality service. They came out on the same day of the request and replaced my broken water heater. They were on time, provided details on what was wrong with my existing heater, and options for replacement. They were able to get a new water heater in a few hours and it was repaired shortly after.

Dealt with Terry, the owner, the entire time. When I called, he picked up immediately and came out the next day to give me a quote. When I had a couple more questions, I left a message on his voicemail. He called me back -- twice -- until he got in touch with me. He answered all my questions with patience and thoroughness. He was able to come out the next day and do the work. He showed up on time, worked quickly and did the job for the estimated cost. He had to leave the trench open until it passed inspection. He was able to get the Town of Cary out there the next day. Within an hour of it passing inspection, his workers came and filled in the trench. He made a point to get out there before it rained, as it would have created a big mess in my yard. They did a great job minimizing the damage to my lawn. They all were hard-working and very professional.
