He was hired by our Home Owners Association, hew was granted a job of 115 decks and concrete patios to stain and power wash. He made over $100,000.00 on this job, you would think he would have done a more professional job. His sub contractors and laborers are not properly trained or qualified to do this type of work. They scammed our homeowners by doing and charging for unnecessary work and they charge for work and materials that were never used. ie: nuts, bolts, spindles, charged for more hours than they were actually on the job, charged for unnecessary dumping charges, did not use quality materials, but charged for quality stain, did not power wash properly, men did not use the equipment properly and used very harsh detergents which caused excessive dryness to all of the decks in our community. Now six months later we all have MOLD growing on our decks and patios. He is not worth your trouble to even get an estimate from him, you will be very, very disappointed. .
Description of Work: He quoted one price, then gave a bill for much higher. Very sloppy work, did not use equipment properly, caused permanent damage. Charged for hours he was not on the job. His employees/sub contractors are not qualified to do construction work. He presented himself well and he is a good talker but he did not do the job to the standards and quality that he promised. He used sub contractors and laborers that were not qualified. He refused to make good for the poor work he has done. I would not recomend him at all.

Matt Talbert and his two assistants did a marvelous job. Not only did they do excellent work, but also they gave me advice on buying items including ceramic tile (floor); accompanied me to the countertop store and elsewhere; and were sympathetic/non-judgmental when I changed my mind about the paint color after a large part of the wall was already painted. They also were sensitive to my need for food prep during the remodeling. They moved my frig and microwave into the living room during the project. In the three weeks they were here, needs for numerous additional handyman jobs came up, and they performed those without complaint. They are skilled in flooring, electrical work, installing appliances and sinks, painting, carpentry and much more. They were very professional, yet fun to be around. I would caution anyone hiring Matt, whom I highly recommend, that he is under contract with several homeowners' associations and therefore must go when they call. So, your project may be interrupted at times for a day or two, especially after big storms. But the result is well worth the wait.
Description of Work: Kitchen remodeling: new sink, dishwasher, stove and range hood, ceramic tile, cabinets, granite countertops, paint, light fixture and ceiling fan. The amount above is approximately what I paid the contractor and does not include the costs of some materials.
