They have never tried to convince me I need expensive add-on services. I appreciate that I can make an appointment for a small time window, and they show up at the beginning of that time window.

I've had a pest control guy for 13 years. They're very good. They come every four months, and I think they're due soon. I have a problem with roaches. I've had them for years, and they're outstanding. They're very professional. They don't keep you waiting, they're right on time. Anytime I think there's a problem somewhere they work on it.They're really very good, and they're very, very nice. I think it' family owned, and they're very, very good. I think I come in contact with the owner and he's excellent, he really, really is.

I've been very pleased and have noticed a significant decrease in the pests entering the house. they've been very quick to respond with spot treatment when needed.

Not only did he make a thorough inspection, but he also spent about 20 minutes giving me advice (I wrote it all down!) on how to care for the home to prevent termites and other insects from invading the home.

I've been a quarterly customer of Swift Creek for a few years and they have top notch service. They've never been late to an appointment. I always have Samuel come out because he is fast, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had an ant problem once and he located the source quickly and took care of it. They also do termite inspections for me and their prices for resolving any issues are always very fair. Swift Creek and Samuel have given me peace of mind in my home and I can't recommend them enough.

They were polite and to the point. set the schedule and did the job very efficiently. Did not try to sell any services like crawl space sealing ect.

I received a letter in the mail dated 4/1/2013 reminding me of my annual termite renewal with a notice to remind us that they are having problems inspecting garages due to so many people using them for storage spaces and to please move items so they can inspect completely. They asked us to call to schedule the annual inspection. When I called I asked if they could also do my quarterly pest control and they said no problem and we scheduled a day at my convenience to do both. They came when promised and had a different tech than my quarterly and he explained that he does the annual termite so he will be doing both. He was very detailed and did an excellent job of reviewing everything with me.
On 05/21/2013 I noticed a few ants on my kitchen and called them and they came out on 5/23/13 at no charge and they set some traps in the kitchen, sprayed inside and out and I have not seen any ants since. There was no charge since it is part of my service and he kept stressing that if I noticed any more ants or other bugs to please call them.

Found termites swarming in my bathroom. Called Swift Creek Exterminators and someone came out that same day, diagnosed the problem which was not a huge deal (assuaging my fears), and treated the problem within the week (no termites were alive after that first swarm so I didn't live with them for days). I was extremely grateful for the expediency, professionalism and knowledge of the exterminator.

I was pleased with the overall experience. They explained everything to me, answered my questions in a courteous, informative manner and gave me tips on what things not to leave in the garage and around the exterior of the house that could potentially attract termites. They also explained to me what time of year termites are active, how they operate, etc. I am an avid gardener and from tim, to time, have seen hordes of pests that I could not identify as ants or termites. They assured me that if I needed them to come out and take a look at something like this in the future, that they would be happy to do so. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.
