I couldn't be happier with the services performed. The crew was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and friendly. They had the difficult task of matching up to our existing hardwoods in the rest of house and also due to previous moisture damage and replaced joists, the floors were uneven and they were able to make it perfectly flat - no additional charge. They did such an incredible job and cleaned up behind themselves every day. I would recommend them to anybody looking to have new hardwoods installed or refinished.

Cindy and Stanley were very eager to please and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of hardwood flooring. Beget have a sterling reputation in the Truangle. I wold not hesitate to use them in the future. They're great!!!

Cindy and Stanley arrived on time to give us an estimate on sanding and refinishing the hardwood floors. They were professional, courteous, began the work as promised and finished on time and on budget. They discovered some rotted out floorboards in the laundry room and telephoned right away to let me know. They even took pictures of the rotted flooring in order for me to see it. They replaced the rotted flooring and added some trim throughout the house without charging any extra. They took care of all of these issues while I was out of town and without supervision. When I came home, the floors looked brand new and there was no mess at all to clean up.

Cindy and Stanley are great. This is a family run business who goes out of their way to make it as easy as possible for their customers.

We were trying to move into a new house that needed a lot of cosmetic repairs so we had to coordinate between carpeting, painting, furniture and appliance delivery, wood floor cleaning, etc. As our schedule changed 3 times in a day, Cindy worked with us to shuffle their schedule for us. It honestly changed so many times I can't remember exactly what day they came out, but I do know they either did the job (or were willing to do the job) on Saturday or Sunday in order to get it done before we had carpet installed.

Superior Wood Floors came highly recommended by my bookkeeper and she certainly provided me with a great resource. I've already recommended them to another friend who only wanted some of their wood floors refinished but, after getting the quotes, decided to also have new wood floors installed in a couple more rooms in addition to the refinish job.
