Zach was outstanding.  He was very punctual and polite with his estimate.  He was very thorough with everything.  Once we decided to give our business to Zach, he brought shingle samples.  On the day they started work, Zach and his crew arrived early and Zach gave us the run-down on what to expect that day.  They were mostly done on the first day and were out of the way by dark.  Zach and the crew arrived the second day to finish up.  The roof looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier with our experience dealing with Zach and Superior Roofing Services.

We had a leak somewhere near our chimney that was causing discoloration of the ceiling in our master bedroom. Based on the recommendation of a friend who had used Superior Roofing for a full roof replacement in the past, we called Zach and asked him to investigate and provide a quote. His quote was very competitive, but what swayed our opinion at that stage was his attitude and abundance of communication. He provided full, clear explanations of the work he planned to do and detailed pictures that he took of the problem areas on the roof. He and his team began work on schedule, provided pictures and updates of the progress of the work (by email) during the process, and when they discovered that a piece of work originally thought necessary would not be required, they adjusted the quote downwards. They also went above and beyond the repair and replaced a few damaged shingles in other areas of the roof for no additional charge.
When working with contractors, etc, the single biggest trait I look for when initially deciding whether to use their services and when deciding whether to use them again is how well they clearly, openly, frequently and proactively communicate progress, budget and plans to me. Based on my experience with Zach and his team, I will absolutely call them the next time I need a roofing repair and can highly recommend them.

I HIGHLY recommend Superior Roofing. I had 6+ estimates for a new roof, SR was very competitive and did a FANTASTIC job. We have the best looking roof in the neighborhood (and structurally no problems). Zachary K. Edmister worked with me through the whole process, his crew actually finished ahead of schedule with complete clean-up and haul away of debris and the crew protected my plants around the house as they worked. We have top of the line shingles at 1/2 the price quoted by other companies using the same product. Since it was roofing (and potentially dangerous) he provided Insurance and Workers Comp docs and worked with me to ensure their safety.
