I purchase my house approximately 5 years ago - the previous owners needed to replace the roof prior to my purchase and they used Sun hardscaping. Back in Jan I had a roof leak in a spot that obviously had previous issues. I only called sun hardscaping because they replaced the roof a few years back and thought they would warranty some of the work. They fixed the "problem" the same problem is back again. I tried reaching out to Lalo and he would not return calls, emails or texts. He finally answered one call and said he would come by on a monday. Never showed, never replied to any messages. I had a new roofer come by today and basically said the issues are in the work they did in Jan. For 1, they installed a pipe boot BACKWARDS. If you want something cheap, and poor quality go with Sun hardscaping.
