I thank God for Sydney he came out to give us an estimate on our heat and air unit. I wasn’t able to take care of it at the moment but called him back. He came out took care of it with no problem. What I like the most about Sydney is that he is very professional as well as hard worker

Sydney was great! Unfortunately, we weren’t home when he arrived, but we were able to see everything through our Ring camera. He was respectful of our home while we weren’t there and was in and out in under 30 minutes, quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem. Our AC has never felt better! We really appreciated how efficient and professional the technician was. Highly recommend Straight up Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs!

Sydney was very professional and courteous. He came performed all the necessary steps to find out what was wrong with our system. He quoted us a price and tested the unit to make sure it was working. We have not use the unit yet because the weather has not been hot enough. So hopefully problem fixed. We would use him again.
