Stomp Pest Control

We have used Stomp Pest Control for bug extermination as well as mosquito control in Cary, NC for almost 2 years. (Ever since we moved to the area.). They refuse to make an appointment, it is at their convenience. They promise they are "in the area daily" and can always stop by if there is an issue. However, we needed additional spraying in our home. They had very few appointments available. When I said I was frustrated, the appointment person HUNG UP on me!! When I called back to try to speak to a Manager, the appointment person HUNG UP on me again! Do yourself a favor ... NOT use them! There are MANY extermination services, why deal with UGLY people?

The first visit went fine, and I was assured that I could call if I needed to see them before the next scheduled visit.

The technician Mr. Alex showed as scheduled and I gave him a brief instruction of my concern.  He followed through with the task in addition to the routine treatment as planned. 
Stomp Pest Control's trained their technicians extremely well.  Alex completed the treatment thoroughly and competently.  I always appreciated this company's service.

Travis, the owner, answered the call. I expalined the arrival of a few sugar ants and what would he recommend? He asked when I would be home and when it was convenient for someone to stop by. I gave him my schedule and we made a plan. He sent out Jeremy THIS SAME AFTERNOON! Wow!!
Jeremy arrived on time and looked for the pesky little ants. He explained what he was doing, and where the ants were coming from, gave me his recommendation and remedied the situation indoors. Then he went outside to spray for extra protection. He  was professional and courteous, and in and out in less than 30 minutes. Because we are a quarterly customer, there was no charge. Great company, trustworthy and prompt!

The process was pretty easy. I called Stomp and signed up for their preventative plan. They sent someone out to our house the next day to spray the inside & outside of the house, as well as the crawl space and garage. 

I called Stomp Pest Control last week about treating for fire ants in our yard. Travis was very helpful on the phone and scheduled someone to come right out. Daniel came today and again walked me through the process and chemicals used. Very thorough and professional.

They take care of the pests for us.

The salesman and the tech they sent out were very courteous, professional and easy to work with. Have not had any pest issues yet so I haven't had to call them out outside of their normal treatments. They also knock down any wasps nests or spiderwebs for you.

They do a great job. They are always on time. They call ahead before they come. I'd recommend them anyone.
