Statewide Construction LLC were prompt and professional and team completed entire roof in one and a half days! Cost was very close to estimate and the team cleaned up everything after they were done. Awesome team and awesome business!

I am so impressed with Clay’s ability to look at a space and transform it into a totally different, well-functioning, efficient, beautiful area. His ability to think outside the box and his attention to detail are impressive. I love his staff- they go above and beyond, even bringing my recycle bin in from the curb! Their workmanship is superior and they keep the work area neat. No sitting around- this crew was hard at it from beginning to end, even adding unexpected touches. They felt like family. Very professional, very good at what they do. Always very responsive to any/all inquiries or concerns. I would absolutely hire Statewide Construction again.

I’ve worked with Clay for years and my latest home renovation with my master bathroom. The space was on the small side but Clay was creative with his design, listen to my wants and stayed on schedule. He also has professional and pleasant subcontractors and provides competitive pricing. As a local real estate broker, I give out his name with confidence. And as soon as I make more time, he will get my kitchen makeover!

The bathroom was completed to our specifications. Any changes needed were accepted and done. The timing of the completed job, was as indicated. The price was fair. We were very happy with the outcome!

There were a few things where we felt the quality wasn't as good as we expected. We addressed it and things still didn't get fixed how we wanted them to.

We had water damage on the upper part of the wall (near ceiling) in our family room and also on the ceiling in our dinette area of the
kitchen. The rooms are open to each other in an and quot;Land quot; shape, were the upper part of the L is the ceiling of the dinette area and the bottom of the L is the top part of the wall in the family room. My husband thought the rain water may have traveled from one part of the roof line to the other (though I had my doubts). Statewide Construction was referred to me by a friend of ours who is a real estate agent and uses Clay's services often. Clay identified and repaired the roof area that caused the damage to our family room wall and also speculated that the cause of the water damage on our dinette ceiling was from a different
location (where our rubber roof met the side of our house). My husband decided to wait to see if the repair fixed both areas, but unfortunately it did not and with the next rain storm we received more water damage on the dinette ceiling. Clay promptly came back and explained where the area was not sealed properly and how he would fix it. The next week his worker was out and properly sealed the area where the rubber roof meets our home.
Clay and his worker were very professional, prompt and courteous. We thought his prices were very fair.
We plan to have him come back to give us an estimate on remodeling.

The repair went very well and was done in less than a day. Clay was prompt with his estimate, and the final bill was right on. He did some extensive repairs on our last home and I have always been satisfied with his work, honesty, and friendly attitude. I highly recommend Statewide.

Clay is always on time and completes the work in a timely manner.

We received a quote, and a date when they would start the job.  They started the job on time.  The job required framing and drywall, which was done within the represented time frame.  The job required additional molding be replaced - they did this without additional cost.  We found a couple of punch out items, which they immediately took care of.  The job was done professionally and everything was left clean and it's place.  There were no additional hidden costs.  They went above and beyond, even offered to change some lightbulbs that they figured we wouldn't be able to get to without the proper ladder!  I would recommend them to anyone.

We manage a townhouse community and there were several repairs needed to several units. One was a leaking skylight. Statewide's quote was half what the other quotes were. They did a great job and were very professional and courteous. The homeowner was very impressed. It ends up that Statewide's vendor quoted the wrong price on the materials for the skylights, they were $300 more than what they had quoted us. But Statewide honored their quote and absorbed the difference. That speaks to their character. Even with the $300 they were $500 less than the other quotes. There was another unit with extensive rotting around window casements and doors from the failed siding. They did a great job and were very quick. The paint on the building is a couple of years old, faded, and there is no record of the exact color. Statewide ended up going to 3 different paint vendors until they got the match they wanted. This really told me the are committed to doing quality work. The end result is a perfect match. You can't tell the difference at all. They also found the dryer vent under the back porch without a screen over it and just took care of it under the original quote. Bottom line is we couldn't be happier and will continue to use Statewide.
