I have a problem with the leaves growing, and growing. They have a certain system, I asked them to do some weed control in the fall, and they just ignored the request. Other than that, they are decent. I am still using them.

We appreciate the opportunity to get the lawn to a better place this year and will continue to do so in the hopes that your weeds are finally controlled and the grass is strengthened. Your next visit is scheduled for this Wednesday morning, which will include more weed control and finally some fertilizer to help aid in the transition of your Bermuda grass form dormancy to actively growing. Given the wet and cooler conditions of the past several months, Bermuda grass has not transitioned fully out of dormancy yet, and that can also have an impact on the number of weeds you are seeing. I will follow your visit this week with another in @ 2 weeks to follow up and see how well the weeds are dying and if it needs an additional treatment ( at no cost of course). Thank you again. We look forward to proving that you have selected the right company."

too often service was provided just prior to rainfall within 24 hrs; unable to rid lawn of weeds; sometimes had to contact servicer to find out when they were coming

They do what they say and the grass actually looks better. They come when they say they will and they always leave a note with suggestions. The products they use are pet and kid friendly. I can see the positive effects of the grass and they do a good job. I signed up with them for a yearly maintenance. My front yard is tougher to seed and aerate, and they offered to come back and do my front yard again at no additional cost.

Arrived as promised and treated lawn appropriately. I had questions about a discoloration in my lawn and they knew right away what it was and stated that due to the amount of moisture lately, odd things like this were cropping up. They stated I had nothing to worry about, it would go away. I researched the issue and sure enough, I had nothing to worry about and was happy to know it wouldn't hurt my dog. They were very professional and performed a thorough job. I have used Spring-Green for approx. 5-6 years and am very satisfied with their service. They are always eager to help and respond to any inquiries in a timely manner. I highly recommend this Spring-Green location for service. Scott is very customer-serviced oriented and his crew has always been a pleasure to chat with, so you won't be disappointed.

He arrived promptly, and with a wave, got started. It didn't take long...maybe 25 minutes. He had the ingredients in a tank on the truck and just pulled a long hose all the way around back and then in the front.
