Spotless Creations Cleaning

They were supposed to provide 2 hours worth of cleaning for me. I contacted them multiple times and i've NEVER heard from them I would not recommend this company at all.

I purchased a Livingsocial deal to have 3 hours of cleaning done at our new home in Holly Springs over a month prior to our moving in. I specially asked for the cleaning to concentrate on the kitchen, 2 Full baths, 1 Half bath, and the floors. My communication with the company representative was via email, and everything was agreed upon for the date and time I requested. One week before the date, I emailed them to confirm everything was still a GO. I never got a response. THEN, on the actual date of agreed upon service, no one showed up or called. After and hour and a half, I started calling them. Left numerous messages, but no one EVER returned my calls. I tried communicating via email, still no luck. I contacted LivingSocial about the issue. It was passed the period where I could receive a refund, understandably. They contacted "Joe" at Spotless Creations, and he (supposedly) wanted to come out and do the job, with an extra hour of service free. All I had to do was call him to set up the time. I started calling. Never could leave a message, as the voice mailbox was FULL. After multiple attempts to contact this provider, I gave up. Money lost, unrecoverable. VERY DISSATISFIED! I wrote LivingSocial back to let them know the situation, and that I intended to leave this review on Angie's List.
Buyer BEWARE!!! This company is HORRIBLE!
