Spic and Span Sparkle Cleaning

I scheduled an appointment, got a confirmation. No one has showed up or contacted me (we're at the 1 hour late mark as of writing). Not only is that completely unprofessional, I have not been able to contact them at. all. I have called, emailed, messaged them on facebook, and tried to initiate a chat on their website. I paid through groupon and they have marked my groupon redeemed on the 17th (7 days before the appointment was even scheduled). I'm not looking forward to trying to get my money back for this. It's incredible that in this day and age you can still take people's money and run without going out of business or getting sued immediately. I've filed a complaint with the BBB. Honestly, if you're running late I understand - it's still unprofessional but not nearly as unprofessional as not letting the customer know and then avoiding all attempts at communication.

This is the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. I purchased their "groupon option" which was $50 for two hours of cleaning. They failed to show up to the scheduled time the first day, so I called and spoke to a manager who assured me she had no idea what happened and that she would accompany her crew in two days. They never showed up that time either, but texted me a few hours later asking if they could come that evening. As I had already left for work and the house was locked, I said no and asked to reschedule to Monday. On Monday they texted me at 3pm saying they were on their way, but when I asked for an ETA so I could come let them in they stopped answering. Throughout the week that I was trying to schedule, they routinely ignored my calls and only occasionally answered texts. They have blocked both me and my boyfriend on their Facebook page so we are unable to contact them. What they have done is FRAUD and I fully intend on bringing legal action against them.
