I have used this company many times and have referred them to family and friends. They do excellent work! Efficient, reasonably priced, and great follow up. In an industry with lots of competition they are among the very best.

DISHONEST COMPANY! I just had my Windows washed by the Window Gang 30 days ago at a cost of $212.00. I was assured my windows would be spotless after Southern Outdoor Restoration power washed our unit. I called SOR and spoke with Carson Woodell that night at 5:30pm and told him about the spotty windows. He assumed me not to worry he would send someone over the next day to rinse all of my windows again and if that did not work he would send someone over to hand wash them. After the second rinse, my windows dried with all spots again I called back at 2:15pm on 7/18 and he said no worries he was sorry and would return on 7/19 himself to hand wash my windows and to text him my address. I texted him my address to (919) 770-8007 to be informed he was not coming on 7/19 or ever coming to fix the issue they created and he would send me 'a reason' via email. This is an UNETHICAL dishonest company I would NEVER recommend anyone to hire! Our HOA, PPM hired them and it comes from our monthly dues we pay. Now we have 12 dirty very spotty windows and 5 dirty spotty glass doors all filled with THEIR spots because of the horrible power washing they did. What a disgrace to rip off Senior Citizens! I have plenty of more pictures to add! One is worth a thousand words and this is what we look out to every day, thanks to their HORRIBLE work ethics!

I got the full service- everything offered except gutter cleaning (I have gutter guards). The work was perfectly done, the techs were polite, the scheduling was adhered to and clearly presented prior. I got good instructions as to what was my responsibility (removing furniture and potted plants before their arrival so the surface was clear). The difference it made was phenomenal! Will definitely do again next year right before I put the house on the market- it's 40 years old and looked brand new. I got before and after photos e-mailed to me after, which I thought was cool.

They were careful and meticulous, cleaning some areas by hand to avoid splatter. Everything looks great. They go above and beyond to please. This is my 2nd time using this company, and I would use them again.

I was referred to Southern Outdoor Restoration by the property manager of my townhouse community. I contacted the Garrett Dysart, who responded right away and arranged to come over to see the deck and give a quote. While I thought the price was a bit high, it was still lower than another estimate. I could have hired a handyman and paid less, but I knew that this company uses the highest quality products and equipment in the industry, and the people are experienced and professional.  I needed my deck ready for spring and looking its best, as my house was on the market. So I chose Southern Outdoor Restoration. We were having days of below freezing temps with snow and ice, but Garrett knew I needed this done as soon as possible, and he arranged to have the deck power washed on the first day after the first round of ice and snow. Then we had a couple of weeks of more bad weather, but Garrett sent a crew as soon as possible, which was Monday, March 16. They painted on the stain (the last time, it had been sprayed on by another company - which just didn't last very long). They were very careful with a glass-top table and placed all of the deck furniture on the grass. The deck looked amazing, and that very afternoon I had a house showing. The agent and her clients couldn't walk on the deck, but they could open the door and see it. I think that having a deck that looked practically new was one of the many reasons those same people decided to make an offer on the house. I'll be referring my neighbors and friends to Southern Outdoor Restoration and using their services again at my new house.

Dean and Jordan arrived as promised on the day scheduled. They worked two days to complete the work. Everything was done to a superb level and the cleanup was completed as advertised. I am now planning to have the units of our HOA power washed on a regularly scheduled basis by Southern Outdoor Restoration.

The 2 man team arrived on time, introduced themselves, explained what the were about to do and set to work. The surface of the house had some areas discolored with green algae and mildew, especially the exposure facing northeast.  I was amazed what a positive difference there was after the pressure washing.

I was completely satisfied with the service provided.  I would recommend Southern Outdoor Restoration enthusiastically and without reservation to anyone interested in pressure washing their home, walkways and driveway.
