Sharky's Auto Glass

I called twice to inquire and make an appointment, and left voicemail messages both times. The company didn't have the decency or professionalism to return either of my calls (plural). I caution anyone wanting to do business with them. They obviously don't want my or your business.

I was very pleased with this company. Bobby was very friendly and took time with me to educate me on the process of replacing a windshield. He answered all of my questions and is clearly experienced and knowledgeable. The quality of the work was second to none. I've referred others to Sharky and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Old-fashioned service experience!

Using high quality materials in a heated garage, Bobby removed the damaged windshield, explained the steps he was taking to ensure a proper installation, and installed the replacement windshield in a professional and courteous manner. I would recommend going to him for future auto glass installations.

Excellent service in every respect. They met me at a parking deck near where I work (NCSU) and finished everything within half an hour. I was very pleasantly surprised at how carefully they cleaned out the old windshield - I could find no debris in the front of the truck or on the seats. They called when they were on their way, and called again when they realized they would be a few minutes late. That's the kind of communication that is the difference between good and great service! They were able to take my credit card payment on the spot. Don't let the goofy logo fool you - these folks are pros.

I had a passenger side window get completely knocked out and I needed it replaced ASAP. Sharky's replaced it the same day in about 30 minutes for $200! Another place I called couldn't get me in for a week, required that I leave it over night, and quoted around $300. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Very positive experience. Bobby demonstrated a number of ways that Sharky's was focused on performing an excellent job the first attempt at both repairs. They use OEM glass and top quality adhesives. I am confident in the quality of their work.
