house cleaning
+ -1 moreHired Sandra from Shalom to come do a move out clean of our apartment. Had several issues while working with her. Primarily communication was not great overall. They never were able to give us a time they would come by to clean, and only came once I reminded them over the phone. Additionally, once they got to the property they called saying it would cost more money than the estimate or they would only clean half the place. As we were in a pinch to turn in the keys to the landlord and needed the property cleaned we were left with no choice. Will not be using them again and encourage anyone who does to take extra time to make sure they are very clear with them.
