Service First Heating & Air

This is a company my warrenty company uses and I think they are the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Twice now they have made appointments and not shown up. Also, when they didn't show up fpr an appointment I had to leave messages asking where they were and never got my calls returned. They have repaired things incorrectly and have had to come back and fix them. An example is when they replaced the compressor the copper piping was installed too high so the fan blade couldn't turn. I didn't know that at the time because I was then told I needed an electrician for the breaker for the A/C panel. When they came to check the system out in the first place they told me the unit didn't have enough power going to it, but then they told me a compressor needed to be ordered and when it was replaced the system would work. It took almost 3 weeks for me to get A/C back.
