This company is a scam as in it advertised lose purges... quoted me 225. The tech that cam or did not even take the lid off the septic tank and raised my other to 600. I had it puked out by another company for 300 on a Saturday. Read the reviews on BBB . The comparing are early what they did to me. Terrible company.

Pros: They showed up quickly. Cons: The guy immediately started to tell me about all of the things that were wrong and try to upsell me on additional services or repairs. A basic septic tank cleanout includes the removal of all solids, They charged me an extra $200 for the use of something called a "Crust Buster" to break up the solids in the tank. I found out later that this is a basic tool for the job, Like a 'wrench for a plumber', reputable septic tank companies dont charge you extra to use it. This company is sketchy and takes advantage of people's ignorance to get their money, avoid them.

These folks are con artists , they should up knowing they quoted $225.00 inclusive pump out . BUT Immediately went in to a "how we pump septic tanks & cost would be $449.00 instead and there were only pumping liquid out not solids . Insane "septic pump out , consists of removing solids to insure the tank does not become impacted over time and then overflow into a leach field for dispersing liquids only." Beware of this firm and its 5 locations in Triangle Area of Raleigh .
