He met every deliverable on time, with the only exceptions being a couple of nasty ice storms that did prevent workers from getting to the house. I would come home from work and inspect the progress every day. The things I would find, Matt had beat me to it. He even found things that either didn't get done or didn't get done right that I had not caught! One evening I came home, Matt didn't know I was in the house, and I heard him talking with the crew in the garage, explaining to them that "someone lives in this house, so you need to completely clean up after each days work". He was often there late in the evening because he knew I didn't return home from work until then and he wanted to stay connected throughout the project. A single day did not go by that I didn't either get an email, phone call, or see Matt, and the project lasted almost 8 weeks. His follow up, attention to detail, attention to quality, and professionalism was superb. I will not hesitate to use SCOMA Construction for any home project I have.

Our experience was wonderful. The owner was on top of everything. They did it on time and on budget. He was amazing. The owner came every day to make sure that everything was going smoothly. We had different painters and roofers and drywall people and electricians, all through his team. He made sure every day that everybody was on time and doing what they were supposed to do.
