STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They lie to you with nice pictures and promises. Three folks showed up 3 hours late in my place, with a UHAUL truck. EXTREMELY unprofessional. They left so many dings on my walls that I will need to have it repainted. They did not put blankets/pads on the majority of things. They had no idea how to organize the truck to fit the furniture. The truck was small and dos not fit every thing we have. They dropped my furniture on the floor more than a few times, damaging it more than what you would usually expect. STAY AWAY! Or go with a cheaper company, if you do not care about the job. NEVER using it again. It seems that this company hired three people that were walking on the street. HORRIBLE! The worst company ever!

They were great. They showed up on time, were courteous and professional. The owners are Chris and Dylon and they are super nice.

We moved from an Apartment Complex in Raleigh to one in Durham. 3 Bedrooms on the first floor to 3 Bedrooms on the first floor. When they came out to do the estimate, I never got a hard copy, just a verbal, but it was about what I expected. The estimate was for a 3 man crew should take 4 to 5 hours, plus 1 hour admin fee to cover driving to and from plus supplies. Moving day arrived, one man was 30 minutes late. They were very professional and pleasant. They worked hard and even went above and beyond when it came time to drive to the new place. We have a car and a van, the van for me as I can't drive, the small car for my wife's daily driver. One of the movers offered to drive the sedan over so my wife could drive the van, this saved my wife from finding someone to come help. When all was said and done, it took about 5 1/2 hours. When I talked to the owner the next day, he is refunding a half hour for the time the man was late. I recommend them highly and would use them again.

Sawyers called to confirm ahead of time several times and made us feel comfortable that everything was on schedule. A crew of 3 called 1/2 ahead that morning to tell us they were on the way. When they arrived they started in immediately. They were very professional and friendly, and polite. They explained everything they were doing and continually asked if we had and questions etc. They worked continually and at an amazing pace. I think they are probably the best crew Sawyers has. Dustin, Marcus, and Steven were wonderful to work with. They started packing us at 9AM finished by about 5pm and started unloading us at our new home the same day and finished about 11:30 PM. Not one thing was broken, and there was a lot of heavy stuff to go up to the attic. I cant say enough about these great guys.

We called over 4 moving companies, got their quotes, spoke with them, etc. By far, this company had the best overall feel and professionalism. They not only gave us a very fair quote, but also called the day prior to verify. The team we had was with Tyree Bryant, Kenneth Rogers and Lonnie Smalls. They did AMAZING! They were VERY quick, amazingly strong, clearly are very familiar with moving and how to carry, wrap things, etc. They explained our choices of how the move should go, etc. We were extremely pleased. We even were thrilled that Sawyers called us the day afterward, to confirm the move went well. Very impressed. We are moving again soon, and will be calling them again!
