We are writing you this letter to let you
know how pleased we are with our new home at 8320 Southmoor Hill Trail and the experience we had
working with their team at SAVVY . The
house is wonderful, and its
construction and finishing went very smoothly. SAVVY, obviously
takes pride in every home he builds and is very focused on customer
satisfaction. They extremely responsive to our concerns while the
house was being built, and they continue to help resolve the occasional
issues we have had after the sale. They have a passion for homebuilding.  We look forward to
many years of happiness in our new home. The experience we have had with Savvy has been
wonderful and we are very grateful for all of your hard work and
dedication to building a quality product.

The painting for today is part of the stuff that had to be done before closing, so the charge was already a part of it. The overall experience for today went very well. We had problems with the building process in the beginning and the reason why they are still painting now is because of sending emails to the corporate after we close and that was that last September. The builders built a nice home but I guess some of the subcontractors who built my home were fired.

We picked them and started from the ground up and even starting from the ground up and being here everyday, there were still plenty of issues that came. But the good thing is that, after contacting them then good to their word with correcting them, so I would say, and quot;be cautiousand quot; but not a bad company to deal with.

At first it was a little frustrating because it was slow to get started. But throughout the entire process they've been very good, easy to get in touch with and responsive to any questions or concerns we may have. They are very friendly and they took a genuine interest in our family and our circumstances. Especially, compared with other builders that our friends were using simultaneously who did not have that positive experience. The issues we had were addressed and resolved in a satisfactory way for both parties. Building a home is a stressful process and my experience compared to my friends was far less stressful. We were very pleased. In our home we found little nice things that we didn't expect that were kind of bonuses. Nothing huge, but little surprises here and there, which was nice.
