THEY DIDN'T FINISH THE JOB. THEY REMOVED MOST OF THE BRANCHES AND LEFT BEHIND THE MAIN PART OF THE TREE. WE ACTUALLY HAD TO CUT IT UP OURSELVES. THEY WERE VERY CHEAP, THOUGH, SO I GUESS WE CAN DO OUR PART, TOO.
